Here at The Links at Carillon we strive to offer Chicago’s best Permanent Tee Time program at one of the area’s top conditioned courses.
2024 Players Club
- Groups will either play the Red-White or White to Blue courses
- The season will run for 26 weeks beginning April 6th-7th
- We have blocked off several times allowing our lead “Players Club” groups to allow a quicker front nine pace . All tee times are designed to be played in 4 hours 10 minutes
- A warm up bucket of range balls will be provided each week to all who prepay for the entire season.
- Each golfer will be responsible for their own Handicap fee ()This is how the program will work:
Groups that pre-pay will “own” their tee-time for the season. Those that pay installments will keep their time as long as they meet our players club guidelines. You may resell, give away* or rotate players as you see fit. (Keep in mind you are responsible for who plays in your slot and The Links has the right to cancel this option if policies are violated)
A $500 deposit (per group) will be required to lock in this program(unless paying for entire season). No times are guaranteed until deposit it received. This fee will be applied to future payments.
TEE TIME MINIMUMS: Each tee time must have a minimum of 4 golfers each week* to be considered “permanent” Prepays & weekly commitments must include 4 golfers per tee time.
If paying for the season: You will be charged the total amount of $1,600 due by Feb 9th, 2024(this is a discounted green fee). If paying by installments, $500 will be due by February 9th followed by Three equal payments totaling the remaining balance on 3 pre-determined dates.
Rain Checks: Rain checks will be issued to pre-paid groups on days that are unplayable due to weather. (This is determined by Carillon management)
If paying weekly: Players will pay the normal daily rate. Warm-up bucket may be purchased separately. If times are not filled, Carillon has the right to cancel the reservation and open it up to the public for sale. All 4 tee time spots must be filled each week.
Payments: All players paying by installments MUST provide a credit card to be held on file with an expiration date that extends through October 2024. A maximum of four players per tee time will be allowed to pay installments, no ½ payments will be accepted. Failure to pay WILL result in playing privileges being revoked with no refunds.
Summary: Player Club Members will receive 26 weeks of golf, warm up bucket before tee time(if pre-paid), special events and opening/closing day food/beverage special.
Bonus: Pay all fees by Feb 9th and receive 5 weekday vouchers good for green and cart fees Monday-Friday anytime (excludes leagues, outings and certain times on Holidays) or Saturday-Sunday after 12pm. This is an added value of $300.
